Our Core Management Package

  • Monthly rent collection from your tenant(s).
  • Payment of any property expenses you would like us to pay out of the rent proceeds.
  • Disbursement of your owner draw funds monthly directly to your bank account.
  • Real time reporting of all transactions with access to your online owner portal anytime.
  • Ability to run reports and approve bills. Provide a monthly owner statement and annual year-end profit & loss statement via email.
  • Ensure that all contractors that service the property are licensed, bonded, and insured for your protection.
  • Supervise, coordinate and verify repair projects.
  • Give you access to pre-negotiated discounted rates for services from our enormous database of local independent contractors. We do our part to help local small businesses and provide jobs to families in our community.
  • Provide tenant(s) with the ability to pay rent online electronically.
  • Provide tenant(s) with multiple communication methods to report issues or request maintenance and repairs 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
  • Address all tenant concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Updates on legislative changes and compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.
  • Conduct an annual inspection of the property (with required notice to tenant) to ensure proper function of plumbing and electrical components, smoke, and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms and the general state of the property.
