Our Story

Orion Realty & Management, Inc. was founded and established in 2012. It is currently helmed by Tiran Ajemyan, a real estate broker with more than two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales leasing and management. The company was born out of the need to provide a centralized management system for our own holdings. Our founder decided to help other individual, enterprise and institutional investors have the opportunity to take advantage of our first-class modus operandi. The outcome proved to be a major success and paved the way for the company to grow. Currently, out firm represents a large number of clients with a variety of investments from single residential units to large portfolios of mixed assets. Over the years we have hired and trained licensed professionals that specialize in almost every type of income producing tangible investment. No two properties are alike.
